Shannon Hall of the Wolf Clan is a member of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy and resides in the Akwesasne Mohawk Nation. Rooted in a profound connection to her culture, Shannon has dedicated her life to fostering cultural capacity and empowerment within her community and beyond. With an unwavering commitment that spans two decades, she has woven her expertise through various realms as an advocate for justice, educator, social worker, peacemaker and more recently as a spirit builder. Guided by the wisdom of her ancestors and a deep understanding of her identity, Shannon has embarked on a journey that led her to the heart of justice. For 20 years, she served as a beacon of integrity within the Mohawk Community’s justice system as an inherent rights Moahwk Justice navigating complexities with a focus on fairness, equity and cultural sensitivity. Shannon’s passion for education became a transformative force, as she recognized the power of knowledge in dismantling barriers and uplifting communities allowing her to nurture the growth of cultural capacity to her community. Shannons commitment to her community and cultural responsibilities can be demonstrated through her work as the sole proprietor of Pathfinders Consulting providing holistic health and wellness services to First nations communities and organizations and as the Founder of Project Good Mind. Shannon’s informal education consists of a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from St. Lawrence University in Canton NY a BA in Liberal Arts & an Associates in Law & Security.
